You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.

In no event shall Resee, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Resee reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms of Service or if your activity violates applicable laws.

Resee reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
